I have MUCH to share about my experience but over time, I will. Right now, I'm sinking in back to reality here and going through withdrawal from my trip.
Besides that, I went to DPHH which was one of the BEST! You can obviously tell from Jasindia's blog! It's wonderful to be back at home with my family and meeting up with friends. 
Okayyyyy, it seems a lot of you Xanga-ians have merged over there? So I'll admit, I finally joined and I like it?

I'm sooooo STOKED that the Beckhams are finally here! Their TV show is coming out on JULY 16!!

One BIG global family...
I don't really consider myself a MOVIE buff like Tate but with the exception of international films, I consider myself a big fan. I love them! There is this HUGE list of must-see films that I have compiled. I actually write down the story in my own words because 'your own words are what draws you'. I probably have a LONG LONG way to catch up but hey, I'm taking my time. I mean, get this, I STILL haven't seen 'Life is Beautiful'? I know, I know.. *smack on the head*.. but it IS on my list.
I mean being an Indian myself, especially a South Indian, I have like 3 different genre of movies to watch: Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. Per month, about 20 to 25 movies are released so do the math. Yup, thats definitely a LOT of Indian films made every month, every year. So I have been too busy watching them, and I am not complaining because lately, these movies are 'good shit!'
As for CANNES, I am so GLUED to their schedule, reading the reviews for each of the movies and of course, looking through the photo galleries! The selection for this year are very strong, addressing topics like abortion, war, environmental issue, lives of refugees, etc. One thing that intrigues me is how Cannes festival demonstrates the vitality of cinema in the world.
